Trump just waved his magic hand

and created 4 million jobs instantly.

Ivanka and many heads of Departments worked together to create a working idea to provide training and apprenticeships.

A group of executives signed PLEDGES that they will hire and train a certain number of employees in the next five years.

It's enough to bring tears to the eyes. Beautiful idea. Genius.

This stands out to me as a signature accomplishment that will Make America Great Again.

TIME magazine used to be the most respected publication in the country.

They've destroyed it like they've destroyed everything else "American."

I got my first job when I was 14 years old working in a restaurant part time. I was trained on customer service, cleanliness, how to set tables, and many other little skills.

I've also learned retail skills, too, and so I notice when I go to stores and the employees have had little to no training at what they do.

If the computer goes down or if there is a change in the merchandise – some don't know even how to make change. (if the total is $1.51 and you give them a penny) Shocking to me.

I notice when products are not rotated with old toward the front to move them first.

I notice when merchandise is dirty.

Amazing to me.

I made friends with a janitor once and as we talked I realized that his job was not menial at all. He had to know the proper way to sweep the floor so that he wasn't working against himself. Even sweeping floors is a "skill."

Everyone should have the chance to learn these things because if they are ever in a management position, they can appreciate the little skills people have to enhance their work.

I also want to make mention of the fact that many "vocational schools" did not offer MANAGEMENT TRAINING. They didn't even have a class for it. Seems you had to get that from working at McDonalds, and them putting you through their management course.

This stuff is so important.

It means a lot to EVERYBODY.
