We already had all this data and more, but NSA spy data can't be used in court. This Russian data CAN be used in court. I believe it was handed over "for show," Putin probably gave all this to the good guys "Flynn & co" a long time ago. This may be an update AND the hand-off gives legitimacy to the evidence in court.
