The Q Universe is what is termed a closed network. There's not much penetration from the outside the network and most of the discussion about Q happens within a limited echo chamber on Youtube, Twitter, and here on 8chan.
InfoWars characters seem to be at the center of this echo chamber, we've seen many in this story thus far:

Many of the personalities on Twitter both for and against Q are InfoWars shills (there's only a tiny fraction on that list).
Now that could be 2 reasons: either InfoWars is threatened by Q or else is it possible this entire thing was one big InfoWars/Hollywood production? InfoWars folks have quite a bit of Hollywood experience, so maybe they just put together a "movie" so to speak.
