When Biden dropped out of the race his cabinet put out statements. SecDef listed what he thought Biden did as President and then as CiC.

Notice as CiC the only thing of substance written was he signed funding (NDAA) for them.

The current NDAA has been sitting on his desk for 4 days already and he hasn't signed it. He signed the funding bill yesterday but didn't find it important enough to sign the NDAA.

The only significant act as CiC Austin credits Biden for hasn't been done.

>>22211479 not yet. Biden might be trying to pull off a Pocket Veto or else Biden might not be CiC anymore .

It passed 83-12 . I don't know how a pocket veto works in that case because the 29th is when Biden's refusal sign acts as a veto. They would have to over ride his veto but the original vote already is more than needed to over ride. It walks in between a scenario for pocket veto. the 29th is before the end of the 118th so Congress has time to cure the veto but the cure technically isn't necessary becasue the original vote was 83-12
