My dad was retired Army SIGINT. Served during early period of Cold War. Fucker would say NOTHING about his service unless it was some story about basic or totally unrelated. Like how he "nigger-lipped" a smoke while waiting on the shower, then handed it to a black guy when the shower was ready and apologized to him for nigger lipping it. Yes he said "Want this? Sorry, I nigger-lipped it. Oh, sorry I didn't mean it THAT way."
I'm not a lawfag but based on my reading of the law and regs, the CIA is barred from conducting domestic operations. Certain exceptions apply but that's the rule of thumb. That is why the FBI exists.
