Putin has a dog named Buffy. Not sure if that's what the B is for, just adding some more info.
Bitching had started from the usual subjects about her Fox position and a relationship with Don Jr. Not sure I'd want Fox covering my back if a new shitstorm started. So, yeah, walking when you're on top in this situation may not be a bad call.
She had known Don Jr. and his ex-wife for a while (Vanessa defended her in a tweet yesterday), and was also considered for a WH position (press sec?, not sure) during transition. So she's a known known for the Trumps, most likely trusted and will definitely land on her feet, IMO.
