Sounds to me like a prophecy that can be interpreted to confirm itself no matter what happens.
If Q is right, then Q predicted shit, and Q is legit.
If Q is wrong, well then, Q said that disinfo is real and necessary, so it must have been disinfo… and Q is still legit.
Sorry, but that doesn't wash with rational people.
