Please make known your plans for the U.S. Postal Service. It is the worst I've ever seen it in more half century+ life.
Anon is reading multiple instances of mail/packages dumped in the ditch, mail/packages opened and contents removed then the postal worker has the gall to still deliver it. Calls made to post office are met with "sorry; can't do anything about it."
Require civil service exam again.
