I believe this will be taken away and given back to the executive branch of government which is where it belongs. It is at the request of these people to use but by a professional of the executive branch. This why the government has checks and balances in what they do… the executive branch has to ask for more money beyond normal so on is the reality. This how natural checks and balances form with in the government and function how it is supposed to.
This why this crap is going on with these people they are abusing this during the Covid lockdown bs and this why they do not want to give it back.
It takes a fisa warrant to use this kinda thing. I doubt in the future even if a virus happens it will ever be allowed to be used again to this extent and not by anyone that is not of the executive branch.
