All nations run by strong centralized governments share the same ideology: That humans must be controlled forcefully. There's a reason they didn't just conquer Tartaria, but wrote it out of history entirely. It was one of the last examples of a large, stable nation with no centralized government.
Black pill is utter bullshit. Their ideology literally self destructs. People across the globe tell very similar stories about God because the world we live in is hard coded to work a certain way. No matter how hard people try to change that, we will always return to the correct path.

I'm actually talking about subversion. Strength of arms is only one tool that conquerors use to achieve such ends. Entirely regardless of how they do it, the rules which govern conflicts between humans in society are entirely different from the rules which govern the natural world. Those who are the most adept at political conquest also tend strongly to be impotent when it comes to facing the challenges presented by the real world. The only way they are ever capable of surviving is by remaining isolated within a "protective shell" of an actual, functional, real world society. Any time they forget this truth, and attempt to conquer the rest of the species, they are invariably eradicated as they have destroyed the very things which were keeping them alive.
