I come to the board to seek answers after a light dig. I just verified the authenticity of Elon's actions through such a dig. Frankly I'm pissed off about it and trying to see if there are bread crumbs I have missed.

Driving a wedge into the MAGA base is not my intention, fren. I know damn well MAGA is united under one thing and one thing only: America First. Hence my frustration initially at this news of prioritizing Indian immigrants. Who knows. Maybe something will come of this that changes my perception yet.
The problem is that importing Indians on visas doesn't help Americans. At all. Arguably it actually goes in the opposite direction.
I am skeptical. Perhaps that's among the best ways to approach this. Ultimately I am powerless at this time to do anything about it. Very frustrating.
I approve of legal immigration, however, to import from a country well known for a culture that clashes with our own and for tech scamming, among many other things we'd find deplorable in The United States feels both like a spit in the face to MAGA and to The USA in general.
