They are not paid 10% on the dollar, they actually get your pay, a big difference. If the H1b's come here, it is not to starve them or leave them shelter-less. It is designed to give them the wealth that they need to buy homes, smaller businesses, enough pay to send back home, that would normally be going to Americans. The goal is BRICS and the destruction of the American dollar, not cheap wages.
