While we were getting the run around, their big Indian consulting firms would go into a client with big contracts for 50-100 technicians while we were being duped. The Indian recruiters were never submitting our resumes and were sending us to their own techs to stifle us. When the client had no candidates, it was an easy sell as per say but trust me, they most of them were in on it.
