They aren't. One thing Indians do that no one knows is this. After getting by their clueless tech recruiters, you interview with their implementation partners which supposedly hold the contracts with the client. And trust me, I have been through this dozens of times: What you wind up interviewing with, is some technicians who do program and network engineer but they do not work for the specific client. They are used to interview Americans only. How do I know this. I kept running across the same names as implementation partners and speaking with the same people. They are scammers. Their job is to give us the run around, rigged tests, back of the book questions, anything to tell us we are not qualified. I dealt with Indian recruiters for 2 decades and never got a job from one of them. I know all their scams.
