DEI meant and means "no Whites".
If DEI is still endemic in the world of hiring, this would to be fixed first before actually going "hyper-DEI" by simply replacing the argument that minorities are disadvantaged compared to Whites with "minorities are so much more awesome than whites" BOTH are bullshit.

with:
"minorities need to be placed at the front of the line because they are so much better than whites"
You cannot have it both ways. you cannot fool us by telling us lipstick on a pig makes the pig a beautiful woman. DEI will still be DEI regardless of it now being called something else.
DEI is central to the issue. DEI is race centered.
Intellectually honest people cannot deny that people who are white have not been passed over in favor of "minorities" in the job market due to DEI policy.
not exclusively Whites. All Americans born on American soil, MANY White are being replaced by foreigners. You cannot tell me who my enemy is, and name calling is a fail. The Point is: this started with DEI/ESG policy. They are simply keeping the policy in place while at the same time telling us it has ended. "MInority" workers once labeled "disadvantaged" in need of DEI are now labeled "better than Americans".
