I have appreciation for what Elon did pre-election but now I am contemplating motives.

First he hailed H1B's, then he said he meant only the .01% of the best, then after it was pointed out there was already a program that did that (… is in fact exceptional and can prove it qualifies for an O-1 visa) he went back to the HB1's.

It was also mentioned DOGE needs to look into the H1B mess but at this point, Musk and Vivec are disqualified from doing so. No one would trust them to clean it up now.

And I see some purposely muddying the waters by calling H1B's the best engineering talent and some in congress are also doing this. They do not understand or they don't care.
