equality was used as an excuse. They swapped it to 'diversity' because they were baseing it on supposed 'origin' but in fact, the origins were often false. The idea of a 'meritocracy' is also a fallacy.
what the cabal does is they 'hold back' their children so that the child is much older and thus much better able to get to the head of the class. So the validictorian is a couple of years older than the rest of the kids.
