Judicial Watch Weekly Update.

Trump winning the lawfare war.

“Lawfare” is a political war fought by other means: partisan warfare conducted in the courts and the media. Trump spent the entire Biden presidency battling lawfare cases brought by Democrat-allied prosecutors and judges—by Justice Department Special Counsel Jack Smith, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis, New York State Attorney General Letitia James, New York judges Juan Merchan and Arthur Engoron, and others.

Trump fought back in the courts and in the court of public opinion. His election win not only deals death blows to the Democrat-aligned lawfare cases, but possibly to the practice of lawfare itself. Take a moment to survey the legal landscape at the link below:

The Minnesota DFL is out of control.

Beginning Jan 1, 2025, the Minnesota DFL banned items including ATVs, powersports vehicles, cookware, carpets, cosmetics, gear designed for children under 12, which can rely on PFAS for features such as waterproofing and heat resistance, and more.

“The kids want to ride them, not lick them,” said David Glassman, president of Tousley Motorsports, a Twin Cities area powersports and marine dealer. The dealership recently announced on its Facebook page that it is selling its in-stock, soon-to-be-banned models such as the Honda CRF50, CRF110, and TRX90, along with parts and accessories (notice that Polaris equipment isn't on the list since they're made in Minnesota).

Opponents of the ban as it is written warn that it could lead to unintended safety risks. They say eliminating youth-sized dirt bikes and ATVs may push families toward larger, adult-sized machines that are unsafe for children.

“If we can’t sell youth-sized products, parents will just buy the next size up,” Glassman stated.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema has been accused of misusing campaign funds.

They're going to bury her on her way out of the Senate. I wonder if Joe Manchin is next since he's leaving as well? They've opened a can of worms…

The Swamp is a ruthless cesspool.

'Flagrant and serious violations': Senator accused of illegally using campaign funds to splurge on pricey trips to Europe and 'California wine country'

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a nonprofit, hurled the accusations in a complaint filed last week with the Federal Election Commission, which has been urged to refer the allegations to the Department of Justice. According to the group, Sinema “appears” to have violated criminal law and election rules by using campaign funds for “personal” purposes.

Climate Scam Unraveling: World Bank Really Doesn't Know Where $41 Billion in Funding Goes.

An Oct. 2024 report titled "Climate Finance Unchecked: How much does the World Bank know about the climate actions it claims?"

Answer: Not much.

The findings are front-loaded in a 33-page report, in case you're not interested in reading the whole thing through: "Oxfam finds that for World Bank projects, many things can change during implementation. On average, actual expenditures on the Bank’s projects differ from budgeted amounts by 26–43% above or below the claimed climate finance. Across the entire climate finance portfolio, between 2017 and 2023, this difference amounts to US$24.28–US$41.32 billion," the report states.
