these skill sets.

But I agree the education system has created a shortfall.
IMHO, those billionaires want guaranteed skill sets
available to even think about US production.
Now there's a great business idea.
Skill set education and training would obviously
need to work hand in hand with job requirements.
That's an entirely new education sector,
requiring experienced educators, as well as
skilled workers for running concerns.
While experience is king over any learning process, are there enough
of those people to start headlong building
manufacturing plants?
