the loopholes and corruption rackets in ALL immigration policies need revamping. DEI allowed officials to "look the other way" at illegality because corporations were meeting their ESG-DEI quotas of minority hiring as well as hiring foreigners. The year after Black Lives Matter protests, the S&P 100 added more than 300,000 jobs โ€” 94% went to people of color.

remember in 2019 (just before Blackrock-ESG-DEI) "Republican" Mike Lee-UT along with then Senator Kamela Harris created and successfully passed a bill removing "caps" from countries importing workers.

if two equally qualified job candidates; one U.S. born tax paying citizen, the second a foreigner with a "Visa" are being considered for a position, the position should be offered the the U.S. citizen before it is offered to the foreigner. The foreigner has not paid taxes nor contributed to the U.S. economy, while the U.S. born worker has. Call me a racist or a fool or whatever It means nothing to me. Right is Right.

>Yet, under the law, most employers are not required to prove to the Department of Labor that they tried to find an American to fill the job first. And, if there is an equally or even better qualified U.S. worker available, the company does not have to offer him or her the job.

  • everyone knows H1-B salaries are an avg.10% lower than the national averages for U.S. citizens for the same job.

>Americans studying harder might be a solution

there is an elephant in the room. only the blind grabbing the elephant's leg think it's a tree trunk. Educate yourself about environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies that forced/coerced corporate America to hire under qualified workers. The problem is not stupid Americans, it's stupid policy that has dumbed-down industry now making corporations hungry for talent. The problem is they are assuming the lack of U.S. born talent issue is organic. It is not. It was created through implementing ESG/DEI policy.

Up to 99 percent of foreign H-1B visa workers imported by the top eight outsourcing firms arrive from India.

Trump, in particular, for years has been a critic of corporations abusing the H-1B visa program to hold down wages in white-collar industries by laying off American professionals only to replace them with foreign workers.

In 2015, Trumpโ€™s immigration agenda laid out key reforms for the H-1B visa program to prevent such gaming of the system by corporations, Breitbart News reported at the time:

[Trump] called for also increasing the prevailing wage when it comes to the issuance of H-1B visas so as to get Americans โ€” especially Hispanics, blacks, and women โ€” hired into corporate positions in Silicon Valley rather than foreigners.
