Plane With 175 Passengers Crashes At South Korea Airport, At Least 85 Dead

Saturday, Dec 28, 2024

At least 85 people were killed when a Jeju Airlines airplane veered off the runway and erupted into a fireball as it slammed into a concrete wall at South Korea's Muan International Airport on Sunday, Yonhap reported, after its landing gear malfunctioned following what aviation authorities say wasa likely bird strike.

Video shared by local media showed the twin-engine aircraft skidding down the runway with no apparent landing gear before slamming into a wall in an explosion of flame and debris. Other photos showed smoke and fire engulfing parts of the plane.

What i meant was, if the investigation's legit, bird pate in the engine won't be hard to see

what's suspicious is combining bird strike with bad weather - like they're just throwing out stuff, which is really stupid this soon (unless they really do see feathers in the engine).
