Agreed. In the definitions used in the Military Commissions Act, al Qaeda, the Taliban or associated forces are classified as "Unlawful Enemy Combatants" as well as ANYONE who is declared to be a UEC by an appropriate tribunal. See >>221641 for clarification.

Terrorist = "Unlawful Enemy Combatant" = Swamp Creature

That is almost exactly the same wording as the EO that TGE signed last night concerning the detainment of terrorists, and for which purpose he rescinded Obama's EO that called for Gitmo to be phased out and included the provision that other terrorists can be transported to Gitmo.

In fact, the language of last night's EO is intentionally written to make the reader think that it DOES NOT apply to US citizens, but it does.

Last night TGE specifically mentioned "Unlawful Enemy Combatants" in the SOTU while talking about terrorists. Given the declared state of emergency in the EO of Dec. 17th, the terrorist designation can be applied to any US citizen who meets the criteria listed in that EO because they can be declared a UAC by a tribunal appointed by either POTUS or SecDef. And Mattis is now in charge of Gitmo... Think about it.

We would not know this except for the fact the supporting documents were provided by Q and an anon wondered how a US citizen might be designated as a UEC, which led to the Military Commissions Act that provided the critical definitions of what a UEC is. Q didn't provide that, it had to be dug out.

However, with that definition, we can see that the EO's don't need to specify an application to US citizens because they can be applied to US Citizens if they're classified as a UEC. And unless an attorney were familiar with this, (or did their homework), they wouldn't know, so the swamp creatures won't know what is happening to them until it happens.
