exactly. two-fold problem - firstly, while H1B exists, there is no economic incentive to pay American workers fair wages. Solution to the economic problem: end / make H1B too expensive for business to use in all but the most extreme cases.
Secondly, business owners / CEOs fundamentally fail to grasp that a large portion of the American right doesn't give two shits about their "economic zone" and places their nation, people, customs and traditions above the CEO's bottom line. Solution to the cultural problem: remove the rootless cosmopolitans.
