Senator Eric Schmitt (R-MO) appears on Fox News to discuss H1B visas and the inherent fraudulent use of the system by companies trying to cut costs and avoid hiring American workers.
Schmitt says H1-B visas are being “abused” in the U.S. and argues that many American workers are being forced to “train their replacements."

Think about how evil company owners have to be, not only do they terminate long term employees that have given their employees years of their life to the company, thinking in ways these people are family, the coworkers;but they are notified after years of dedication and hard work, to make the company successful, we are firing you for cheaper labor!
But not only that, they cannot get severance and other money to sustain their families if they don't!;Then they are forced to teach the HIB people their job, (must probably not having a grasp of the English language) and the expertise they have after many years of dedication to the company they thought of as a family, otherwise they won't get the money they were promised in the contract, if they don't. A law should be passed if any company contributes to their next election or their pact, by law, they can't get preference to push the industry, in any way by receiving that money.
