Since Trump loves tariffs as much as we do, put tariffs on the companies that abuse the H1B Visas. I read years ago that Apple was domiciled in Ireland. So they are from a foreign company, slap Tariffs on them forever for being H1B visa violators. Or slap tariffs on American companies that violate the system. Suing them through the DOJ doesn't do anything, they slap them with a pittance of a fine, without stopping the behavior and the company mgmt starts right back to doing what they did. The DOJ never puts the decision makers in jail.
