Before we begin to examine five years of Tarrant County and Statewide election turnout for two Top-of-Ballot races, I would like for you to anticipate the connections necessary to walk away from this report with a full understanding of how we got here as a nation, and towards which ends we will seek remedy.
There exist certain NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) which busy themselves with designing “modern, improved” voting methods to monetize in America and across the globe. These NGOs are not formal governmental agencies funded with taxpayer dollars, and who have sworn an oath to uphold the Rule of Law. Instead these are private entities, privately funded by those with a special, vested interest in the outcome of U.S. elections, and who target for membership in their NGO thos public employees with direct authority over U.S. elections. These same NGOs solicit sponsorships from voting system vendors, who pay for large conferences in which state and local election administration is redesigned according to the will of the sponsors and special interest, free from oversight of state legislatures and congress. What authority these public employees have to immediately implement procedures pushed by NGOs and their sponsors is immediately utilized, and lobbyists are deployed to push legislatures to allow more authority to their members (public employees) to advise on best practices in local elections, a blatant violation of Article One, Section Four of the National Consitution.
When the Legislative Branch gives into these lobbyists and special interest demands to pass laws violating the NONDELEGATION DOCTRINE and granting the Executive Branch rule-making authority, then the Separation of Powers is breached, Checks and Balances are thrown off, and remedy is impossible to obtain even in the Judicial Branch, when the Executive Branch uses that authority to waive existing statute in order to implement their own agenda for “best practices” as designed by the NGOs they are loyal to.
