Sure, there was a process that they allegedly agreed to. Life is supposed to be better elsewhere, etc.

Indian recruiters "managing" the process, convincing other Indians to leave for the recruiters profit. Remember, a long time ago one African tribe would sell another into slavery. It was inhuman then and it's inhuman now.
