yes thats definitely a factor. Another is that we dont have enough talent here in the US. If you dont believe me then look at statistics. While we do have plenty of STEM majors, many of them cannot perform at the level required to keep up with the top talent. That is a cultural problem that WE have to solve.

So is your claim that America has the talent, we just arent utilizing it? I don't believe that one bit. I understand the H1B issue, I just think we need to take a look in the mirror to really see the issue. We don't promote these fields of work to children nearly enough. Our schools do nothing to benefit this sector. People are more concerned about "not being a nerd" than being on our A game as a country.
