Concordat funds are set up in a Foundation.

They are tax exempt.

They are secret, and negotiated with every country.

Funds are beyond the reach of both criminal and civil law.

They can only be investigated by Ecclesiastical Courts.

I know of no individual or other corporation that has this level of protection.
