this doesn't seem like a good idea. Why? We have enough going on in DC. Jan 3rd 119th Congress gets sworn in and dems lose both chambers. Jan 6 is cert day. Jan 9 is State Funeral, then inauguration. No need to draw a 20K crowd in DC on the 19th when they can attend inauguration the next day
