because he thinks the idea that "white hats are in control" is literal.
She tries to explain, not so.
Says that some of the stuff he's talking about is"the fairytale Q."

Like many Q critics, Pulitzer is smart but also arrogant. Thinks he's much smarter than R. She lets him make his points. In the end, agrees it's dumb to be passive, that we have to act in order to defeat the opposition, not just wait for rescue.
He probably thinks he won the argument KEK……
