This is a huge, heavy, 50 cal pistol - can’t say for certain it wasn’t him but have to agree with this comment. It sounds more like “somebody’s movie idea of what they think a Green Beret would carry”. Also, important questions every journalist should be asking: WHEN was he shot? Could he have been dead when someone out him in the vehicle with his ID etc? Was someone else involved? Was he set-up?
