Amanda Marcotte thinks she is wise enough to decree which experts are trustworthy. So in my opinion Amanda Marcotte is unforgivably stupid. However, Marcotte also claims QAnon beliefs are mainstream. I don't trust her judgement on any topic, but I would be delighted if it turned out that a majority of ordinary Americans believe that 8kun is more reliable than CNN.
