While working customer service at Whole Foods in Houston 20 yrs ago, a man came up and asked for a customer comment form. He was a microbiologist and very upset that WFM had gone to using canola oil in its prepared foods products. He filled up both sides of the paper. He was really pissed. "It's a lubricant, not a food.", he kept saying. Haven't eaten canola since that day.
