(2) Salzman was still the President of NXIVM in 2015 (3) and in an expose in the New York Times it was revealed that Salzman – along with Mack – were present when Raniere’s ‘sex slaves’ were branded on their pubic regions by their erstwhile master. Salzman appears to have be supplanted as Raniere’s number two sometime between 2015 and 2017, but this appears to be temporary given that the new leader of NXIVM - while Raniere and Mack are having… shall we say… legal difficulties - is one Claire Bronfman. (5)

Claire Bronfman is jewish and heiress of her late father’s Edgar Bronfman’s Seagram’s liquor fortune (6) and according to reports she is the most brutal and sadistic figure in the entire of NXIVM. (7)

Interestingly both Claire and her sister Sara have reportedly poured over $100 million into NXIVM and Keith Raniere’s investment schemes losing most of the money according to a Macleans expose back in September 2010. (8)

So in essence NXIVM has been kept alive by the millions of the Bronfman sisters, while Claire Bronfman acts as the sadomasochistic cult’s enforcer in place of former enforcer Nancy Salzman who also co-founded the NXIVM with Raniere back in 1998.
