Calling all ANONS

trying to find the clip that was on MSNBC or CNN in December before xmas where an "expert" was almost giddy talking about how Trumps administration would have to be dealing with h5n1 and/or a variety of outbreaks. He specified January 21st. This clown wore glasses, was in his late 50's, had gray/white curly hair on top(2 inches) with short hair on sides(not buzzed but short). I recall a stach but you know how memory goes. I know it was not fauci, berg chick or that asian doctor gal who always has alot to say about these types of things.
