When everything is a monitor, member, executor, and a state machine of events then we can combine as many heterogenous orthogonal systems of combined forces from all land, sea, air, and space assets. And we do not have to stop there, we could include such systems as resource replenishments and deployments, CiC control systems, other supporting actors with capabilities, or basically any level of coarse or fine grained control.
