along those lines-
If the deep state wants to keep power and delay or stop the inauguration to keep the current party in power (like Ukraine and Zelensky did) they will have to get the timing right
If it is the day before the inauguration, the news will not have time to spread and reach maximum effect.
If it happens too soon, people will have time to figure it our or the potential panic may die down.
Seems like mid to late next week would be an effective time for them to do something drastic.
