In my corner of the US, people just do this on their own– it's "bush-hogging". The equipment is actually pretty fun to operate, and your wooded property looks so good after. The trees aren't competing with invasive species and undergrowth for rainwater and nutrients, and the mulched material left behind breaks down into organic nutrients for larger trees. Win/win.
