FWIW, several JPL subcontractors (used to?) lease office buildings just south of Eaton Dam. Hertz liability processing was there also.

you could water all of the vineyards and almond groves several time over with the amount of water they flushed out of the reservoirs to "save" the non-native fish that died anyway.
