the monatization of the endangered speices act:
lititgious 'environmental lawyers' working for 'Green non-profits' blackmail governance into 'consent decrees' which launders project dollars into slushfund like 'memorial non-profits' or into the ceding of 'conservation lands', sometimes ceded from Military, and 'mitigation': giving valuable land over for 'projects' replaced with useless wasteland . . .
all to get wealthy under the color of 'saving the environment' but often resulting in eggrious waste, and in the case of the 'smelt' the criminal negligence of the duties of the offices of elected and appointed officials.
in the case of the LA arsons, the conflagration is perhaps criminal and the officials who neglected their duties should be held to account, resign in mass, and perhaps be held over for trials.
