A security camera viewing one of the palisades fires was flipped into infrared view in a pulse wave. What kind of interference would causes that?

I’m thinking the weapon reflected off something and hit the camera momentarily.

Also if you look on the hill center left of the hill on fire you’ll see two lights flipping on and off back and forth
