have seen many reservoirs, fished many reservoirs and swam in many reservoirs, but never any with a cement floor
curious about the one depicted in the photo, that it's poured cement and requires a cover
is it a California thing?
so it's filtered water from where?
never seen one before
honestly it seems impractical and expensive
the fact that it needs to be covered seems ludicrous
why not simply erect a water tower?
