.@lafd @KarenBassLA @TheCalGuard Right before you call for an evacuation, you must send the National Guard and/or the @LAPD to the area to handle the looters. Think like a criminal, and you will know what to do every step of the way.
Also, do this in every area that has no power. The @LADWP has a map of the areas with no power. They are pitch black right now. Help the people out there. Send the message that looters will be punished by every means.
Defending 3 square miles of Koreatown is different than defending pockets of different neighborhoods throughout LA County.
Locals are going to have to defend their "hood".
