lets break this down. somebody drove a car. apparently that car crashed into a preschool – apparently, mind you. allegedly. You only know what the headline tells you. Was it hit from behind by a city bus and pushed into the school? Who knows. They don't tell you the cirumstances.
But what they want you perceive – and what you WILL perceive - from the headline is that a Tesla, an electric car produced by a company owned by Elon Musk, whom the British government detests - injured a child in a preschool.
They want to picure, in your little mind's eye, Elon Musk, smoking a cigar and sending mean tweets, using a joystick to make one of his evil cars chase down an innocent little child and run him over so that he has to be rushed to the hospital where he lies all tubed up in ICU. And being a British hospital, we all know that he will probably die there.
