In reality, both probably work. Yesterday was was a big BOOM in regard to the :25/:55 mirror with the FISA #Memo news. I like them both. I'll continue with :25/:55. Feel free to continue to reply with vertical/horizontal. The real benefit is that we have more re-reading qrumbs. It's important.

If Q's gonna drop tomorrow, it's a matter of how strictly the 17 days will be followed:

1) Days, as in empty spots on the clock, are good enough and drops can occur after midnight EST.

2) Days are quite literal and we have to wait until after 13:03 EST tomorrow to comply with the last 4 JUL post @ 13:03:24.
