Czech AF might be using Baku a a refuelling stop en route to Afghanistan. They are part of the multinational force out there.
Probably going into Barksdale AFB nr Shreveport
home of the 2nd Bomb wing flying B-52H planes.

R1778 & R1863 originate from somewhere further west than Cheyenne Mountain.
Cheyenne is due south of Denver but these planes popped up west or north-west of Aspen.
My gut tells me that they came out of Aspen heading NW to clear the mountains before popping up on ADSB judging by the height trace colour. Can't confirm though & as I'm ukanon I'm not familiar with any other bases in the area.
