California: The Hopland-Lakeport base has been described as having a 30 mile radius of “fear” around it, mysterious car disturbances and most significantly, a 1990 magnetic survey found a large gap in the magnetic field near Lakeport and Mt. Konocti – this indicates a large underground cavern! We know from experiences of tunnel-boring expert Phil Schneider that the government’s favorite place to build D.U.M.B.’s is where preexisting natural caverns are located.

The Oakville Base is a very, very secretive base, located east of Santa Rosa on the Oakville Grade, when you are coming from Napa. The Napa area was chosen because it was surmised that it was far enough away from the heavily populated metropolitan area of San Francisco to be safe from nuclear fallout targeted in that area. Most of the major wineries in the Napa area are reputed to have caverns and tunnels which are used by the government to shuttle mind controlled Monarch slaves from place to place. While this base’s front is as a COG (Continuity of Government) site, the frequent reports of black helicopters emerging from the hillside suggest more than just that. It is unclear at this time if this base is an entirely separate entity from the Lakeport base, but their relatively close proximity could mean that they are just two branches on the same tree, if you will. It is highly probable that the entire Napa area, with its rolling hills full of vineyards, is also home to many naturally occurring caverns. Some wineries utilize these caverns to store and age their wine – perhaps these wine storage caves also double as a maze of secret tunnels. I have read that this base was constructed to actually replace both the Lakeport and the Ukiah base, but it is highly unlikely that the Lakeport and Ukiah bases would be wholly abandoned because of the massive amounts of time, effort and money needed for their construction. The Oakville base is the closest to the Santa Rosa airstrip, which survivors have claimed is a jumping off point where children are flown via small, private aircraft to China Lake, CA, for trauma based mind control programming.
