That is a transfer truck. They carry the trash from a central collection point to the hole.
I used to work in a trash transfer facility loading these.
If u look at picks, cab of truck is slightly dmged.
That means it stopped with the trailer across the tracks. And the trailer is where the weight is.
Luckily its a walkingfloor trailer. If it had been a steel ribbed hydraulic ram trailer it would have done some serious dmg to that train.
You don't pick up trash in a tractor trailer. You transfer it.
So study should be on the possible transfer facility vs the route to the end hole they put it in.
