I see. Not sure I agree. Those garbage containers are pretty sturdy. If the locomotive impact was with the garbage carrier, it would pull the truck around and perhaps not directly impact the frame of the truck (hit on rear, IMO.) It would throw the garbage carrier (which we see.) That would take most of the inertia. Looks like it could be a pretty high speed impact. That carrier probably weighed at least 3 tons.

Hit from the side in the rear of the truck. Most of the impact went into the garbage container, which was thrown. The truck was pulled and the container was ripped off the truck. Makes perfect sense given the pictures.

Truck flew. Probably bounced or rolled on the front of the truck.
70 mph. If it derailed the front locomotive worse (could have been likely), it would have fucked up everyone on that train.

Yes. This could have easily been catastrophic. Event occurred, but intended damage was trivial. "Oops." Now it becomes evidence.
Yes. However, I've compared totals of sealed court records with regions and there appear to be many times more arrests already in the last few months than court records. From my (very rough and inaccurate) samples, I estimate 5-20x arrests to court records, at least in the region of TX containing San Antonio. San Antonio had one raid that got 600 gang members. There were only around 50 sealed court records in that region of TX.
Be careful about only spreading information that can be backed up with facts. Otherwise, you discredit everything.
